Depending on our clients’ specific requirements, we can design a standalone Leadership-Development Program or a complete developmental curriculum that directly correlates with the organization’s leadership-competency model; if needed, we can also assist clients in developing those essential leadership expectations. No matter what the situation may be, we work closely with our client organizations to ensure that we provide their leaders with challenging growth opportunities that will build their confidence and bring their contribution to the organization up to the next level.

Because we have an immense library of existing material and resources, as well as the ability to produce highly customized material for our clients, we are able to efficiently design and develop value-added, cost-effective programs that focus on the current issues leaders face today. We are also exceptionally flexible and willing to work with our clients’ existing content, integrate our work with programs the organization already has in place, or collaborate with the organization’s other vendors if appropriate.

As an option, CMOE can also provide needs-assessment services that can be used either to support the development of the Leadership-Development Program or to identify the development priorities that are most critical to the organization’s success; the training program can then be designed to address those areas first.

Our Approach

For an organization to be superior, it needs leaders who can perform at a higher level and inspire others to contribute discretionary performance to the organization. We aim to accomplish the following goals in all of our Leadership-Development Program designs:

Digital learning program (self-paced or live)
Blended and layered solution (combining instructor-led training and digital learning)
Train the Trainer Services (certifying internal trainers in CMOE's world-class programs)
Curriculum integration (deliver the topic in conjunction with another topic or event or build it into a development curriculum)
4-16 hours (8 hours preferred) for Instructor-led Variable for Digital Learning
