Strategy: It’s Not Rocket Science

Small companies need to be more devoted to thinking strategically than larger organizations.  The biggest disservice a small business leader can do for an organization is be unprepared or surprised by unfolding events.  It is important to remember however, that strategy isn’t rocket science; rather it is common sense and a willingness to ask some challenging questions.
