Coaching for Results: What Gets in the Way of Effective Coaching? (Part 2 of 3)
If we’ve learned one thing about coaching in a professional environment, it’s...
The development of managers and senior leaders often over shadows the development of employees, professionals, technicians, and individual contributors. Yet, most organizations cannot operate at peak levels without a well-trained and well-equipped workforce. Investing in the development of team members unleashes motivation, fuels ingenuity, and sustains team member commitment to the team and organization. CMOE’s Team Member Skills training and learning programs go beyond the typical core technical skills and mandated job training. We introduce vital skill sets that enhance team member contributions, drive bottom-line performance, bring about proactive change, and inspire team members to make a difference.
Developing team member skills will help an organization
CMOE works with each client to identify the most critical skill sets that team members need development on. We have electronic tools that can be used to collect and analyze data about current team member competencies if needed. We use all of the information gathered to create customized content to build a program or curriculum that is relevant to the needs of participants, highly-applicable, and will maximize the learning and development investment.
Each program or curriculum is built around topics such as the ones found in the following list
CMOE’s workshops and curriculums are developed using adult learning principles and are highly experiential. Our consultants and facilitators help individual participants discover how the concepts and skills apply to their unique situations and responsibility areas. We also incorporate assessments that reveal strengths and development opportunities for each participant. Depending on the unique needs of the organization, team member skill training can be delivered in a half-, full-, or multi-day formats.
