Performance Development Plan


Every day, leaders are called upon to improve the performance of their team members. The ability of leaders to influence performance is critical to organizational success. In the Performance Development Workshop, participants learn the eight keys to helping others achieve peak performance. These eight keys provide a systematic framework that allows participants to diagnose causes of performance gaps and then create and facilitate solutions quickly and effectively, enabling team members to meet their performance expectations.

The Performance Development Workshop can be delivered in a one- or two-day format. This workshop can be led by an experienced CMOE facilitator at a location of your choice. We also offer Train-the-Trainer services where we provide the skills and knowledge for others to deliver The Performance Development Workshop. Clients would then simply purchase the Participant Workbooks from CMOE.
