We design and develop all of our programs around six core elements that take multiple adult learning styles into account. By using these elements to shape our programs, participants become engaged in their own learning.
Programs are categorized into two distinct areas that will help your managers learn specific skills that will transfer to their working environments. They are called First Tier Programs and Second Tier Programs.
First Tier Programs
CMOE’s flagship learning events include the core competencies and skillsets typically needed by our clients. These programs include topics such as Coaching Skills, Teamwork, Leadership Development, Business Acumen, Qualities of Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and more. Because these skills are crucial to a business’s success we have structured these courses to range from four hours to two or more days in length. These First-Tier Programs are full of experiential activities and engaging learning.
Second Tier Programs
This tier tends to require less time for delivery, but are no less important than First-Tier Programs. These learning events explore topics such as Communication, Trust, Conflict, Delegation, Change, Innovation, Giving Feedback, Influencing Others, and Flexible Leadership, among many others.
