Exploring Leadership

This workshop examines personal leadership style and behavior. The exciting, interactive challenges faced in this workshop will increase confidence, enhance judgment, and arm participants with the courage required to lead. Participants will also strengthen their team member abilities, in addition to recognizing their individual contribution.

Exploring Leadership is a three-day workshop held at our newly built retreat site just outside scenic Park City, Utah, or in other pristine and scenic locations throughout North America. The setting, along with the variety of indoor and outdoor challenges, greatly enhances this learning experience.

Flexible Leadership

Is a control leadership style better than coaching and empowerment? Leaders often look at this as an either/or debate. Flexible Leadership will make sense of the confusion. This workshop was designed and built on simple and practical guidelines to help participants decide when to exercise more control, and when to create effective participation. This course will look at each participant's natural flexibility level while various situations and scenarios will be explored to test and build your skills to assess when and how to choose between the control and the participation ends of the leadership continuum.

Lessons in Leadership

This is a dynamic and thought provoking workshop that compresses months of time into a powerful and often surprising eight hour session. Participants experience, in a profound way, human interaction which can lead to employee discontent, disillusionment and distrust. This simulation, when used for high level management and communication training produces dramatic results.

Transition to Leadership

This workshop exposes participants to both the challenges encountered when moving into a leadership position and the strategies to overcome those challenges. The transition to leadership can often be a challenging process. However, with the right training, education, and tools leaders can be effective at influencing others while in a new role. Effective leaders thrive on the achievements of their team members. A good leader learns to trust others and spends time developing people through guiding, assisting, and coaching.

Leader Coaching and Mentoring

With Leader Coaching and Mentoring, our professional staff serves as the coach or resource by identifying challenges, opportunities, and strategies to help build quality leadership and high performance teams. Our coaches are professionally trained and have many years of first hand leadership experience. We use a collaborative approach to work with high potential managers, managers in key positions, or managers who may be struggling in trying to keep pace with change or measuring up to expectations. This coaching and mentoring process involves direct contact, phone consultation, and study.
