Our team is comprised of diverse and highly experienced individuals that share a passion for excellence and an enthusiasm for innovation and collaboration. Each member of our team brings specialized knowledge and expertise from various education backgrounds, industries, and cultures. CMOE has offices, consultants, and facilitators located in global locations to ensure that we can effectively support client needs and expectations.
Our Organization
Our organization is made up of three highly specialized and coordinated teams:
- Facilitator/Consultant Team
CMOE’s facilitation and consulting team includes talented individuals who have world-wide experience working inside a wide variety of major organizations across multiple industries. Our facilitators have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and many have earned masters and doctoral degrees as well. Their fields of interest are diverse: business management, business administration, strategy, finance, organization development, communication, and others. - Development and Design Team
CMOE’s Design Team is comprised of individuals with diverse and complementary strengths, talents, education, and experience who have come together to bring a unique service to CMOE’s clients. Our Design Team has a rich depth of knowledge, holding advanced degrees in areas such as business management, psychology, communication, human resource management, organizational development, and sociology. The CMOE Design Team has the capability to produce unique learning and development experiences of all types that surpass our client’s demands. - Client Management Team
Our Client Management team is a group of professionals committed to serving as the contact point for complete client management and coordination across all functions. These talented individuals are dedicated to the successful execution of all projects, services and events with our clients. Our entire Client Management Team has experience in project management combined with extensive expertise in the training and development field so they have the ability to advise clients throughout the implementation process. This team is focused on building partnerships with our valued clients and meeting their exact needs.
